We had to closings fall through because the buyer messed up or couldn't meet their obligations...KW in GB had some "friend" of theirs put in an offer, and after 2 weeks of hounding them Christine finally got the word from this "friend" at KW that she signed a YEAR lease on her apt.....never go to KW in GB! Christine found me a real buyer and at the same time helped me close on some property up North. Christine will be Your bestchoice for buying or selling property!!!!!
