If you've been searching for a wooded acreage parcel near Lake Leelanau or Suttons Bay, you'll want to consider this new offering! Just a little south of the quaint village of Lake Leelanau, this 10.7 acre property is located off pastoral Obrien Road, on a private lane, North Wind Trail, shared by only a few adjacent landowners. The land is a combination of mature hardwood and pine forest, many choice building areas suitable for a walkout or lookout style home design, with a likely access/driveway point already in place. The back/southern half of the property rises up to a plateau where some thinning may improve what is currently a seasonal glimpse of Lake Leelanau, a great destination for a year around hike or in the winter, a snow shoeing adventure. Historic Fountain Point Resort is nearby and a well known landmark, along with multiple restaurant and winery options just minutes away. Halfway up the eastern side Leelanau County, this location is a rare find!
